YouTube Live Streaming using Zoom and Google Meet 👇

🎥 A. Live Stream Zoom Meeting to YouTube

🔧 Step 1: Enable Live Streaming in Zoom

  1. Log in to your Zoom Web Portal → https://zoom.us

  2. Go to Settings → Meeting → In Meeting (Advanced)

  3. Turn ON Allow live streaming meetings

  4. Check ✅ YouTube (and others if needed)

🎬 Step 2: Start the Zoom Meeting

  1. Open Zoom Desktop App

  2. Start or Schedule your meeting

  3. Once started, click More (⋯) in the bottom toolbar

  4. Choose Live on YouTube

📺 Step 3: Connect to YouTube

  1. Sign in to your Google/YouTube account

  2. Choose:

    • Title & Description for your stream

    • Privacy (Public / Unlisted / Private)

  3. Click Go Live

🟢 Your Zoom meeting is now streaming LIVE on YouTube!

💡 Tip:

You can share the YouTube Live link with viewers to watch it directly.


💻 B. Live Stream Google Meet on YouTube

⚠️ Note: This feature is only available for Google Workspace Enterprise / Education Plus accounts.

🔧 Step 1: Enable Live Streaming

  1. Ask your Google Workspace admin to enable:

    • Stream with YouTube under Admin Console → Apps → Google Workspace → Google Meet → Meet video settings → Stream

🎬 Step 2: Start a Meeting

  1. Open Google Meet → Start or schedule a meeting

  2. Click Activities (shapes icon) → Live Streaming

📺 Step 3: Set Up the YouTube Stream

  1. Select your YouTube Channel

  2. Set stream Title, Description, and Privacy

  3. Click Start Streaming

🟢 Your Meet session will start streaming directly on YouTube.

🧠 Bonus Tip:

If you don’t have enterprise access, use this manual alternative:

  • Use OBS Studio (free)

  • Capture Google Meet or Zoom window as Display Capture / Window Capture

  • Connect OBS to YouTube Live stream key → Start streaming!
