๐งพ Step 1: Prepare Your Excel File

Open your Excel file.

Make sure the phone numbers are in international format (e.g., +91XXXXXXXXXX for India).

Save the file as CSV format (
File → Save As → CSV (Comma delimited)).
⚙️ Step 2: Import Contacts to Google Contacts

Go to Google Contacts.

Click on “Import” (left sidebar).

Choose your CSV file and click Import.

All numbers will now appear in your Google Contacts.
๐ฑ Step 3: Sync Contacts with Your Phone

On your phone, go to Settings → Accounts → Google → Sync Contacts.

Make sure sync is enabled so the new contacts appear in your phone’s contact list.

Open WhatsApp → New Chat → New Group.
