Any job that is repeatable and predictable — a machine is going to take over.

Blue-collar jobs – Robots will take over.
White-collar jobs – AI-powered intelligent agents and tools will handle most tasks.

I don’t see any coding jobs disappearing for the next 10 years.

The core of marketing, digital, and creative industries is changing — you can now create, copy, and edit content in seconds.

Everyone will become 4 to 5 times more productive.

Job families aren’t going to disappear 100%, but their functions will transform.

There may be a phase of massive unemployment and joblessness, but history shows how economies adapt.

Just go back 100 years — when automobiles first arrived in India, all the tangawalas (horse-cart drivers) lost their jobs. Then buses and taxis emerged — some jobs disappeared, but the economy grew.

People began to consume differently, and consumption patterns evolved.

If you’re stuck in the wrong job family and not willing to change, you’ll have a problem.
But if you adapt quickly — like a tangawala becoming a cab driver — you’ll survive and thrive.

We already have a good idea of which professions are growing rapidly:

• One of the fastest-growing occupations is Drone Operators — used in agriculture, surveying, and many more industries.

• Another is Genetic Counseling — this job didn’t exist 10 years ago.

For example, in California, being a bartender or event mixologist is now a serious profession — there’s high demand due to the rise in social events and parties.

In the U.S., when asked “What would you like to be when you grow up?”
— 57% of young people said: Social Media Influencer.
This profession didn’t exist 15 years ago!

It’s a huge shift — many people are making a good living out of it, some even leaving PhDs to pursue it.

This is creative destruction —
Jobs will disappear, but the economy will continue to grow.
