Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create and manage PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns across multiple channels to achieve specific user actions (signups, sales, app installs).
- Budget & ROI Optimization: Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and manage Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
- A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in lead generation and conversions.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ad spending for maximum results.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel marketing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
