 Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Management: Create and manage PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns across multiple channels to achieve specific user actions (signups, sales, app installs).
  • Budget & ROI Optimization: Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and manage Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in lead generation and conversions.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ad spending for maximum results.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel marketing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
