✅ METHOD 1: Using WhatsApp Broadcast (Manual – Free)

Step 1️⃣ Prepare Excel Sheet

Your Excel should have:

⚠️ Important:

  • Add country code (91 for India)

  • Remove spaces, + sign, brackets

  • Save numbers properly

Step 2️⃣ Save Numbers to Phone

  • Copy numbers from Excel

Step 3️⃣ Create Broadcast List

  1. Open WhatsApp

  2. Click 3 dots (Top Right)

  3. Select New Broadcast

  4. Add contacts

  5. Send message

Only those who saved your number will receive broadcast.

✅ METHOD 2: Using WhatsApp Business App (Better Option)

Use:
👉 WhatsApp Business

Steps:

  • Import contacts

  • Create Broadcast list

  • Send promotional / admission / CET message

Limit: Around 256 contacts per broadcast list.

✅ METHOD 3: Large Bulk Broadcast (Professional Way)

If you want to send to 1000+ numbers:

Use:

  • WhatsApp Business API

  • Tools like WATI, Interakt, AiSensy

This allows:
✔ Bulk messaging
✔ Template messages
✔ Automation
✔ Delivery tracking

⚠ Never use illegal bulk sender tools — account can get banned.

💡 Pro Tip (For Your College Marketing)

Since you do MBA/MMS CET promotion:

  • Personalize message using Excel Name column

  • Keep message under 2–3 lines

  • Add CTA: Call / WhatsApp number

Example:
