Performance marketing roles and salary
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI-focused campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in paid media, analytics, campaign optimization, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels
Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Plan and manage performance budgets efficiently
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
Collaborate with content & design teams for campaign creatives
Lead and mentor performance marketing team members
Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking
Experience in budget management & scaling campaigns
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Hands-on experience in performance funnels & growth marketing
Leadership and team management experience
Preferred:
Experience in E-commerce / Travel / D2C brands
Knowledge of SEO & Marketing Automation tools
Understanding of CRM & Retargeting strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
