My Mom’s Garlic (Lasoon) Chutney

Ingredients

  1. Garlic – 500 grams

  2. Cumin seeds – 100 grams

  3. Cardamom – about 20 pods

  4. Cloves – 10 to 15

  5. Black pepper – 10 to 12 seeds

  6. Salt – as per taste

  7. Red chili powder / Mirchi masala – as per taste

  8. Oil – required amount

Preparation Steps

  1. Lightly dry roast cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper in a pan until aromatic. Keep them aside.

  2. In another pan, heat some oil and fry the garlic slightly until it becomes soft.

  3. Take a mixer grinder.

  4. First add the roasted spices (cumin, cardamom, cloves, pepper) and grind them.

  5. Then add the fried garlic, salt, and chili powder.

  6. Add a little oil (do not add water) and grind everything into a thick chutney paste.

Tempering (Optional – for better taste)

Heat some oil in a pan and add:

  • Cumin seeds

  • Mustard seeds

  • Dry red chili

  • Turmeric

Pour this tempering (tadka) over the chutney and mix well.

Your garlic chutney is ready to serve.

You can eat it with rice, roti, dosa, idli, or dal (pappu).

1. Lasson pav kilo
2. Jeera 100 gram 
3. Elachi - 20 petals
4. Lavangi clove - 10 to 15 
5. Kala meeri - 10 to 12 beans 
6.Salt 
7.Michi masal
Jeera , elachi, lavangi n miri yenchali garam cheyeli keep a side 
Take a pan oil - put lasson yenchali 
Mixer la 1sr jeera n other patali and lasson add mixer patala 
Put oil don't put water in mixer and mix well and make it ready 
Pusko yeyali - oil jeera rai like papu pusko eg. Mirchi and pashpu haldi 
Make Powder
