How to use a contact extractor with Chrome extensions

    2. Install an extension: Search for a "WhatsApp contact extractor" on the Chrome Web Store and install a reputable one.Open the group chat: Navigate to the WhatsApp group from which you want to extract contacts.Run the extractor: Click the extension icon in your browser's toolbar and select the option to "Extract Contacts" or similar.Download the file: The extension will process the group and generate a downloadable file (like a CSV or Excel file) containing the contact numbers.

Manual method (without an extension)
  1. Connect to WhatsApp Web: As above, go to web.whatsapp.com and scan the QR code to connect your account.
  2. Open the group chat: Go to the desired group.
  3. Inspect the element: Right-click on the contact list area and select "Inspect" to open the browser's developer tools.
  4. Copy the contacts: In the developer tools, find the section showing the contacts. Right-click on the element that contains all the contact information, select "Copy," and then "Copy element".
  5. Paste and clean: Paste the copied code into a text editor. You will need to manually clean up the text to isolate only the phone numbers.
