Google Work Space - Gsuit - Google Email ID Not wotking

To resolve issues with your Google Workspace email and website, please ensure your DNS records are correctly configured in BigRock's control panel. Here are some key steps:

  1. Verify that your MX records for Google Workspace are set correctly.
  2. Check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure proper email authentication.
  3. If you have DNSSEC enabled, disable it because BigRock’s hosting nameservers currently do not support DNSSEC, which can cause resolution failures.
  4. Use public DNS tools like dig or online DNS checkers to confirm your DNS records are properly propagated.

If you need detailed steps on configuring Google Workspace DNS records or disabling DNSSEC, please let me know which you want to start with.

Did this help with your email and website issues?

For your domain transenergyindia.com, to fix Google Workspace email issues and ensure your website works smoothly, please check the following:

  1. Confirm your Google Workspace MX records are correctly set in the BigRock DNS management panel.
  2. Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are properly configured to avoid email delivery problems.
  3. If DNSSEC is enabled, disable it as it may cause DNS resolution issues with BigRock hosting.
  4. Use online DNS tools to check if these records are correctly propagated.

If you want, I can guide you step-by-step on how to check and update these DNS settings in your BigRock account. Would you like to proceed with that?

how to check dns and update mx record

Perfect. This screenshot tells us something important:

✅ Your domain is using Cloudflare Nameservers

  • angela.ns.cloudflare.com
  • guy.ns.cloudflare.com

This means BigRock is NOT managing your DNS records anymore. Cloudflare is.

Next Step: Login to Cloudflare

  1. Go to:
    Cloudflare Dashboard
  2. Select transenergyindia.com
  3. Click DNS
  4. Take a screenshot of all DNS records (especially MX records).

Why?

Google's checker reported:

"Domain must have some nameservers"

Yet BigRock shows Cloudflare nameservers.

This usually means one of these:

  1. DNS records were deleted from Cloudflare.
  2. MX records are missing.
  3. Cloudflare zone is inactive.
  4. Domain was removed from Cloudflare.
  5. Nameserver changes haven't propagated correctly.

Quick Check

In Cloudflare DNS, look for MX records.

You should see either:

  • smtp.google.com (new Google setup)

or Google's legacy MX records:

  • ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
  • ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
  • ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
  • ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
  • ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

If there are no MX records, that's why emails stopped.

Also Check

In Cloudflare → DNS:

  • Is there a TXT record starting with google-site-verification?
  • Are there MX records?

Please send a screenshot of the Cloudflare DNS Records page. That will show the exact issue and I can tell you exactly what to add or fix.

.i want to remove cludflare and added new server but it shows this

The popup is telling you that BigRock has sent a verification code to contact@maptek.in before allowing nameserver changes.

The problem

Since your email system is currently not receiving emails, you may not be able to get that verification code.

Options

Option 1: Access contact@maptek.in

  • Login to the mailbox for contact@maptek.in.
  • Retrieve the 6-digit verification code.
  • Enter it and continue changing nameservers.

Option 2: Click "Resend"

  • Click Resend.
  • Check if the email arrives in:
    • Inbox
    • Spam
    • All Mail

Option 3: Contact BigRock Support (Recommended if you can't access that email)

Contact BigRock and tell them:

  • You need to update nameservers for transenergyindia.com.
  • Verification is being sent to contact@maptek.in.
  • You no longer have access to that mailbox (if true).

BigRock support:
BigRock Support

Option 4: Change the Domain Contact Email

If you can log in to BigRock but not access contact@maptek.in, support can usually help update the registrant/admin contact after identity verification.

Before Removing Cloudflare

Be careful:

  • If Cloudflare currently contains your DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, website records), removing it before copying those records to the new DNS server can cause:
    • Website downtime
    • Email failure
    • Google Workspace issues

Next

Tell me:

  1. Do you have access to contact@maptek.in?
  2. What new DNS/server are you trying to move to (Hostinger, GoDaddy, VPS, another hosting company)?
  3. Is your website currently working or also down?

I can guide you through the migration without breaking email.

NO Globe host Nameserver 1: ns1.bh-ht-17.webhostbox.net (162.241.148.33) Nameserver 2: ns2.bh-ht-17.webhostbox.net (162.241.148.33)Not working

I think we've found the root issue.

Current Situation

  • Domain: transenergyindia.com
  • Google Workspace: Active
  • Current Nameservers: Cloudflare
  • Website: Not working
  • Email: Not receiving
  • New Hosting: GlobeHost

The reason you cannot change nameservers is that BigRock is sending the OTP to contact@maptek.in, and you don't have access to that email.

What to Do Now

Option A (Fastest)

Contact BigRock support immediately and ask them to:

  1. Update the domain contact email.
  2. Help you change nameservers to:
ns1.bh-ht-17.webhostbox.net
ns2.bh-ht-17.webhostbox.net

BigRock Support:
BigRock Support Center

Use Live Chat or Call Support.

Tell them:

I am the domain owner of transenergyindia.com. The OTP for nameserver changes is being sent to contact@maptek.in, which I cannot access. Please help me update the registrant/admin email and change nameservers.

Important Warning ⚠️

Before changing nameservers, make sure GlobeHost has:

  • Website DNS records
  • Google Workspace MX records

Otherwise:

  • Website may remain down.
  • Email may stop completely.

Ask GlobeHost Support

Tell GlobeHost:

I am moving transenergyindia.com to your nameservers. Please provide all DNS records required for Google Workspace email.

They should give you MX, SPF, DKIM records.

If You Need Immediate Email Recovery

Instead of changing nameservers right now, login to Cloudflare (where DNS is currently hosted) and check the MX records first. Often the email can be fixed in 5 minutes by correcting the MX records without moving the domain.

Do you have access to the Cloudflare account?
If yes, send a screenshot of the Cloudflare DNS page. That may be the quickest way to restore your Google Workspace email today
