Job Role - Meta and Goggle Ads

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who understands coaching / info-product funnels, not just someone who runs ads.

Your role will be to drive profitable lead generation and sales through webinar funnels using Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

- Manage lead → webinar → sales funnel performance

- Improve CPL, show-up rate, CPA, and ROAS

- Work on audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing

- Collaborate on landing pages and funnel optimization

This is NOT a campaign execution role. We are looking for someone who can think in terms of funnel performance and business outcomes.

Do NOT apply if:

- You have only worked on e-commerce ads

- You cannot explain your CPL, ROAS, or budgets handled

- You have only executed campaigns without owning results

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
