1. Morning Routine (7:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
- Wake up, freshen up
- Light exercise or meditation (10–15 mins)
- Review your goals/affirmations
- Quick journaling or gratitude practice
2. Planning & Focus (8:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
- Review your Top 3 Priorities for the day
- Time-block your calendar
- Check urgent emails (limit to 15 mins)
- Set intention: What does a successful day look like?
3. Deep Work Block #1 (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM)
- Work on Priority Task 1
- Eliminate distractions (use apps like Forest or Pomodoro timer)
- Phone on silent
4. Break (10:30 AM – 10:45 AM)
- Stretch, hydrate, relax your mind
5. Deep Work Block #2 (10:45 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Work on Priority Task 2
6. Lunch & Recharge (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
- Eat mindfully
- Short walk or power nap (optional)
7. Admin / Light Work (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
- Respond to emails
- Client follow-ups, scheduling, internal updates
8. Deep Work Block #3 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
- Work on Priority Task 3
- Creative work or planning new initiatives
9. Review & Reflect (4:00 PM – 4:30 PM)
- Check task list: What’s completed? What needs rollover?
- Quick notes on what went well or what didn’t
- Plan top 3 tasks for tomorrow
10. Evening Routine (6:00 PM onwards)
- Unplug from work
- Leisure, family time, learning (books/podcasts)
- Sleep by 10:30–11:00 PM for recovery
