  1. Begin dedicating 5 minutes each morning to Reading.
  2. Engage your mind for 5 minutes in Puzzles
  3. 5 minutes of Physical activity also matter
  4. Try to play an Instrument
  5. Write something, even if it is for 5 mins
  6. For 5 mins each day Be Thankful for everything you have
