Doing this for 5 minutes daily can enhance memory and concentration power
Brain is a complex organ, learn to take care of it
Meditate for 5 mins a day and gradually increase time :
- Begin dedicating 5 minutes each morning to Reading.
- Engage your mind for 5 minutes in Puzzles
- 5 minutes of Physical activity also matter
- Try to play an Instrument
- Write something, even if it is for 5 mins
- For 5 mins each day Be Thankful for everything you have
